We are pleased to announce that while the Corona crisis continues to have consequences for all of us, we have maintained optimism, kept our distance and stuck to the schedule so that the first lucky tenants will be able to move into A Place To as planned at the beginning of the new year.

Soon you will be able to move into a fully furnished apartment with a fantastic view overlooking Esbjerg town, harbour and sea.

We are pleased to announce that while the Corona crisis continues to have consequences for all of us, we have maintained optimism, kept our distance and stuck to the schedule, so that the first lucky tenants will be able to move into A Place To as planned at the beginning of the new year.

All three spectacular A Place To towers are now visible and well under construction. The second highest tower, Tower B, which will be 40 meters high, now rises above the rooftops with its nine floors, housing 105 apartments.

The two other towers of 34 and 66 meters are also well underway. In total the three towers will contain 417 apartments and also include a large reception, cafés, cosy meeting areas and on the top 17th floor of the highest tower, Tower A, there will be a new restaurant with a fantastic view overlooking the entire region.

All in all, things are going well and according to plan at the construction site in Esbjerg. Tower B will be the first to open with fully furnished apartments in smart design from HAY, and with private kitchen, bath, and balcony at a monthly rent from DKK 3,500 - you only need to bring yourself.

We look very much forward to welcoming all the new residents from the beginning of 2021.
