A Place To A/S - which has built the characteristic three-tower property at Grådybet 73 A, B and C in Esbjerg, which contains 314 apartments and a spectacular 4-star hotel with 117 rooms and suites, has recently implemented changes in the ownership group as Heimstaden and BIG Partners have withdrawn.

Lars Kristensen, managing director i A Place To A/S states: "We are proud to be able to hand over this fantastic property in full operation to Heimstaden. The last 12 months of cyclical changes in the real estate market with inflation, rising interest rates and increased energy and construction costs have created a need for to adapt and future-proof A Place Two's concept and business strategy."

The changes mean that Heimstaden will take over the property and operation of A Place To Esbjerg ApS and A Place To Hotels A/S a little earlier than originally planned.

Lars Kristensen and Peter Høpfner, who are at the head of A Place To A/S, continue the next big project, A Place To Copenhagen.
